Yeah, I actually gave up on RDR2 without finishing it because of how much of a chore it felt to play. It was gorgeous and impressive, but I had to struggle to get any actual moment-to-moment enjoyment out of it.

I recently loaded up Forza Horizon 4 for the first time on my Series X the other day, just to check it out, and felt the same way about that game’s menus. 90% of the time I have no idea what any of the menu items mean.  There seem to be 10 tabs in the menu, each with various sized and shaped menu items.  It’s very

Same. Would time-loops be considered a subgenre or a microgenre? Either way I love them. Even the weakest one I’ve seen recently, Before I Fall, was still pretty enjoyable to me.

My hoarding habits are too ingrained after FO3, New Vegas, and FO4. I went through my storage chests in my settlement in my current playthrough of 4 just out of curiosity to see how much stuff I’ve accumulated by level 16.

I just recently restarted Fallout 4 because I had never finished it, and even after playing it for a few hours I already probably had accumulated the equivalent of that new max stash size. I can’t even begin to speculate how much the total weight of all the crap I’ve collected so far (only level 17) would be. I was

Obviously a Resident Evil fan here, and I’ve never really been satisfied with any of the movies to date (though I really tried hard to convince myself I liked the original way back in the day), so I’m hoping this will be way more faithful. They’re off to a pretty good start with the cast, if nothing else.

I’m surprised that not only is this being made, but that they also have a pretty much full cast already.  And that cast, while not being huge stars, is pretty solid and fit the characters pretty well.  I’m cautiously optimistic about this project.

I worked at a grocery store for a number of years through high school and college, and one of the things I had to do was gather the carts (which was divided into 1 hour shifts between employees). I did this enough over the years that I feel like I earned the right to leave my cart if I really want to, though I still

I stopped playing Assassin’s Creed games halfway through Black Flag (which I was enjoying, but lost interest in). Didn’t play any of the ones after that until Origins. Decided to give it a shot long after it came out and heard it was vastly revamped. Loved, loved, LOVED the updated gameplay and all the changes were

I was really, really hoping - after 8 damn hours - that it would end with a rickroll. Because it was otherwise pretty expert level trolling.

Oh really? I haven’t played in over a year, and I don’t think you could do that the last time I played. That’s pretty cool. I had been meaning to check out the previous update but never got around to it, so maybe I’ll jump back in soon and check it out.

Can you name them? I wouldn’t mind flying around in my very own Moya.

I really enjoyed Mutant Year Zero. I had been on the fence about getting it, but thankfully I saw it was on Xbox Game Pass and gave it a chance. Ultimately, I played it on easy because I just don’t appreciate a challenge as much as I did when I had more free time as a kid, and had a blast. Even on easy, there were

Tom Holland might be up for it, except it might interfere with Uncharted.

I posted this on io9, but I’m in the greys there, so, might as well post it here as well...

Yeah, I really loved the lore that the Real Ghostbusters added. There were a lot of ...not great episodes, but the good ones were REALLY good. I’ve always wanted an adaptation of the Sandman episode, there are lots of cool things you could do with the idea of dreams and nightmares coming to life.

In 2, there’s a general vibe that a lot of people think they’re con artists and full of crap, not just the city of New York itself. Judging by the trailer, it’s not like people don’t remember, just younger kids don’t really know about it which makes total sense to me. I sure as hell didn’t know all that much about

This looks amazing to me.  Look, I was 2 when the original came out, and I've watched it hundreds of times, one of the biggest reasons I love it so much is for the story and the "lore" bits, so this is hitting all the right buttons for me.

I mean, speak for yourself. Ghostbusters is my #1 movie of all time. I do, in fact, love Ghostbusters for the ‘mythos’. I love the Real Ghostbusters cartoon for the cool things it did with the Ghostbusters concept. I liked the concept of the Extreme Ghostbusters cartoon (passing of the torch to younger team) though I
