I won't be the first or last to say this.... but this is android. If this is what you want from your phone you are using the wrong phone. Apps and Widgets on your lock screen are available. Music controls are available stock out of the box.

The simple solution is to alter the design of the machines. Make the card reader and cash dispensers flat and flush with the face of the machines.... then nothing could be added on top to skim cards or cash without being blatantly obvious.
