When I finally bought my own car (parents were nice enough to give me my first one) I had to have a stick even though I barely knew how to drive one. It will be hard to ever go back. It makes an otherwise boring V6 Mustang really fun to drive.

Fantastic, now I have a legit excuse to never see any of the Transformers movies, they are officially harmful to your head.
If this had the current iPhone camera I would almost grab it as a sidearm to my DSLR and enjoy all the other great functions. Not so much now. My Classic ain't going anywhere soon.
Not interested. Not real media playback of even common formats. No HD. Google Box will be a better product with more freedom or choice and probably 1080P. Despite everything, this will sell like gangbusters and we all know it. My 6 yr old Dell with a $70 worth of upgrades in RAM and a videocard is more versatile and I…
I love my 160GB Classic. I feel no need for any other model since none will hold my collection. I can watch videos when needed and its battery last days not hours. As for the rest of them, I will wait and get a tablet after they start getting good and cheap.
@DaFron: Sony and Nintendo give a lot of that same functionality for nothing. I am aware neither's online offering is of the same quality, but its free and gets the job done. Steam on the PC is light years better than anything on consoles IMHO and its free.
@Necroscope: I built my gaming PC 2 years ago for about $1000. Other than a $70 mobo replacement it hasn't needed an upgrade and it plays everything I want on high setting. Plus its a computer and has all sorts of other uses.
Microsoft is just nickel and dimeing their consumer base. Raising Xbox Live prices without really adding anything, new, over priced controller to fix a problem since the console was launched, a new expensive design so it won't Red Ring constantly, and $100 wireless adapters when you can buy one for a PC for $15.…
One question: How long until there is a goatse photoshop of this? I give it 8 hours.
When I was in Italy in high school we opened a beer with a park bench using a similar method. GOOD TIMES.....
When I got an HDTV in my bedroom I rebuilt my old P4HT Dell with a fresh video card (HD4350) and 2GB of RAM to bring it to 3GB total. With a little effort I can play 1080P content and watch everything off my HP Windows Home Server and the web. I really would like to build something smaller and more efficient but lack…
Haven't been to Blockbuster in years. Recently got Netflix and stream a few times a week. Between that and Comcast's mediocre but not terrible On Demand lineup I rarely feel like I can't find something to watch.
(In me best Will Ferrel voice) "I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS!" Okay, so I did drive a 97 Strat thru high school and college, but hey it was a V6 with autostick. It wasn't a bad first car at all. But I would never drive one again.
The bubble storage bothers me except in the case of old and extremely rare cars. I agree on driving what you own, but some cars are one of a kind and should be kept as an historic piece to show future generations. Anything made in the last 20 to 30 years should have the wheels driven off of it.
Laughing about the Cherokee thing. My 99 Classic had no AC for 5 years and when it went in for inspection the compressor split and needed replaced. Now it blasts frosty air like it was new. Its awesome.
Fuck RIM. I have put up with this piece of shit Storm for almost 2 years and I can't get the new OS? Thank god I have an upgrade coming up.
@tonyola: sorry grammar police. I fail at grammar today. Shame me as you will. I accept my punishment.
I know no one likes them anymore, but Car and Driver did a great piece about our good friend the Sultan about a decade ago with a ton of pictures of cars. Apparently, one son has a thing for yellow and a hole garage is full of his yellow exotics.
Anyone know if this makes the brick your phone chip in the Droid X no longer legally viable for Motorola? It would be nice to know that I can upgrade software as desired without bricking the phone.
