The idea that you think the touchpad is somehow so fast and imprecise that "your (sic) bound to skip past icons a lot."

It's like you've never used a touchscreen before...

You can already tell the scrolling and zooming is a lot faster via the touchscreen than the analog sticks. Plus, in a post-smart phone world, this is immediately intuitive.

I'm worried that living in an apartment in Asia means I won't have the space it'll take to get the Kinect to whatever Microsoft's definition of 'working' is.

Then again, the PS4 will probably be my only next gen console, so I guess I'm not too worried.

Despite all the emotional responses on this thread, I'm willing to bet a bunch of people here (me included) were regularly exposed to and willingly sought out stuff that was never intended for our age, whether it be video games, comics, movies or porn.

The car prices come with good reason. They're so expensive because the government doesn't want to clog up the roads too badly. Plus, the public transport system more than makes up for the relative lack of cars.

It makes sense if you know Japanese. They used the same name in the American release as well.

To me, names like 'Half Life', 'Ni no Kuni' or 'Metal Gear Solid' are objectively pretty dumb names, and yet we give them a pass because they're pretty great games.
