Agreed. Now I can send the project cars to a shop and let them stay there until they are done rather than trying to have work done on the weekends and be all put back together for work on Monday.

I also really like that I don't feel like speeding in the Scion. I cruse along with traffic, listen to music, don't change lanes much. It is really relaxing.

Yeah, my receipts are starting to become binder worthy. Stupid cars. Heh.

Yeah, but it is a fun life, right? Good thing I sold the Porsche or this would be ridiculous.

I own one practical car and two fun cars:

I've had Blank Space stuck on loop since downloading the album in the car Saturday. Coincidently, I was on the way to pick up my stuff from my (now ex) girlfriend's house, who is exactly the girl in that song. Exactly.

Pfffft. None of these are bad decisions when you have the skills of this crew. This shit is just a random Tuesday for them. They probably partied the night before because they don't need to give 100% on simple things like the busjacking.

This car was just meant to be a crazy showpiece. It originally had one per motor and I think it looked MUCH better. Google "double trouble roadster" to take a look.

I was just trying to be rediculous, but of course you are right.

Yeah. At first my thought went to advancing tech becoming a huge problem but now I realize most recalls are for some simple mechanical fault.

All these recalls are starting to make me wonder: are cars just getting too complicated?

We agree again. They are professionals, why do so many know nothing about the products they sell? Probably because they mostly sell to others who know nothing about cars? I have noticed that Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari salespeople know their stuff. And they all seem to love what they do.

A brand isn't just ads and marketing. It is every exposure one has with a company, including products and perceptions of product quality.

I seriously want that '65. Best year in my opinion. I have been trying to find the one I sold 20 years ago.

probably doesn't help that my car is crazy loud. Agree with you, a little noise and a tiny bit of g force and people freak.

Preach! I have a 550hp car from 1972. No electronic nannies and it tries to kill me any time it suspects I am not paying 100% attention.

Especially if he puts skinny little tires under it. My car makes 550hp and will spin 345s through the first few gears so I don't understand those guys that put big horsepower on stock sized tires.

Agreed. I have a car with over 500 HP and no electronic nannies to keep it constrained. I have never failed to shock anyone riding in the passenger seat. People start comparing numbers without knowing what any of those numbers FEEL like.

I agree, but I will say this: going 65 mph in an exotic is more fun than going 65 mph in a non-exotic. So is accelerating to 65 mph. So is driving around looking for a parking spot. So it sitting at a frickin' stoplight. Certainly the experience adds to the value.
