Looks good. I can't imagine them getting that kind of money for it...but we can all hope.

Spending the family fortune on goods and services.
I hope someone buys it, fixes whatever has deteriorated and drives the hell out of it. Anyone who keeps a Pantera on the road has hero status in my book.
Like all Panteras it says AC works but needs a recharge. Nope - $2000 fix to replace all the 40 year old components. This is a running joke in the Pantera community. Even with that fix it is still under $50k though!
Argggg! Pantera owner here: I will politely say that isn't to my taste. Still, remove the L bumper up front and replace the hood, rear deck, wheels and wing and that will start looking like a winner. Of course, that will push it WAY past $50k
I am always surprised how cheap those are.
Graphic designer here. I can only assume they wanted to provide some shots with a square aspect ratio (as you said).
I am currently online dating and struggling to find someone who uses punctuation.
Heh. That is what I thought too. I am an artist of sorts (own a graphic design firm that does marketing and branding for The Man) and my environment is pretty as hell. Sometimes I think "expressing myself creatively" is just a misspelling for "I hate working but love doing things with my hands."
Someone already mentioned this, but I want there to be more pictures of Panteras on the Internet. Italian for "Panther"
I always read that "Pantera" is Italian for "Panther"?
Many of my comments were generalities. People who don't work in an industry usually don't know jack about what is going on. Luckily, the ignorant have a platform to voice their strong opinions about things they know little about: the Internet!
Do you know why there were no jobs for you? Because Xers like me almost went out of business during the recession you mention. I went into debt keeping employees longer than I should, am just now paying that debt off and haven't replaced any of the designers I laid off.
Agreed, obviously. :-)
Well, individual ads are part of a larger strategy. They aren't banking on this one ad doing all the work. It is pretty safe to assume the ad agency is better at this than we are (and I work in advertising) and we have no idea how effective it is.
What magical place is filled with $20,000 NSXs? I have seen cars approaching 200k miles in the low 20s but I don't really think the NSX can be classified as "under $20k."
There is one thing you should keep in mind whenever you think an ad is stupid: it isn't for you.
There are a lot more Millennials than Gen Xrs. Them buying the same number of cars seems to point to less interest in cars and car ownership.
I have found one exception to the chick thing: strippers love my car. I live in Vegas so running into them is not as rare as you would think.
I leave my headphones in and avoid eye contact, which is easy because pumps don't like my car and click off every ten seconds. I am still approached by all the people on your list and I am friendly no matter what. Always happy to answer questions no matter how many times I have answered it in the past.
