Man did I love JR.  Thanks for the reminder.  What a sad story.  If he didn’t have the stroke, the baseball record book would look very different.

A 79 mph hanging curve deserves such treatment by a big leaguer. Regardless, wow.

What a coward.

Have you tried to find him?  That might be cool.  Or really bad.  Could be interesting though.  At least for me.

The NFL (and other leagues) needs to embrace the concept of the “do-over.” We all know it. We all have let it resolve disputes at some point. And it is a quick and easy way to both acknowledge the imperfection of human beings while attempting to be fair.

I don’t think “Going Incognito” means what he thinks it means.

So well said. So many bad guys in this story; it makes me sick. But I love reading about her spectacular flameout. Only problem is, I bet there are enough people out there who still believe her “vision” and “talent” are still real, just a little ahead of their time.

Thank god someone else posted. Not sure why the announcers filled me with such rage. It’s not just homerism, it’s absolute stupidity. Cheating one way is fine, but trying to prevent that cheating is somehow wrong. Fucking ridiculous.

Drew Doughty is a douche.

Thank you for making my day better.

Russians medaling in our affairs once again.

Facts matter.

Incredible display. He even managed to fake a pass at the top of the slot, which created the necessary space to slide the pass across the crease. Unreal.

I like your point, though I wonder how many people still had their faith by that point given what they’d been subjected to. I guess, though, for those whose faith remained, it must have been very strong, in which case, hopefully, it provided them some comfort in the face of pure evil.

“Unlegibile”? C’mon.

Look. We suck at soccer. Likely always will. That’s it.

Ridiculous article.

This is ridiculous.

I’d like to see your math on that one.
