Aww man its all in the eye of the beholder! Look at all those darts and sunbirds! Also next to the green dart is what appears to be a 75 buick apollo 2 door. While its basically a nova, they only made it as a 2 door for 1.5 years. Rare car!

Thats my favorite part of jalopnik! While reading a article slamming a certain car or make, a add is at the top right of the screen trying to sell it to you!

Who cares. Given the chance we would all do it, again and again and again. Now, most of us are smart enough to 1, not tape it and 2, not tell anyone until the statue of limitations was up. If you say you wouldn't do this head over to priusworld.com or where ever people that hate fun hang out.

Dealers hire what is cheapest with a clean driving record. By clean I mean no DUI's or reckless driving tickets. Other then that they can care less.

80's Chrysler turbo FWD's. The build quality is so-so, the SRA and strut front suspension isnt the best, the EIGHT valve single OHV cam motor isnt a power house without a ton of work... But for some reason I am drawn to them. I currently own 3 or 4 (lets be honest, 5) and am always looking on craigslist for another

Need more engine setback. Really more a of a street freak then a gasser, as it really doesnt have much making it a gasser then the straight axle front end.

Ya but whats the point if you cant hammer down once in a while? But then again, I bet a explorer disc brake 8.8 would almost bolt in....

While these seems like a good idea, the second you go off road or even get on the throttle hard your going to blow up the front and rear end, and probably the t-case. A buddy of mine in HS did a 5.0 swap in a 87 ranger and couldn't keep the axles/diffs in one piece. He swapped it to a dana 44 front and 9" rear and

Duh!

Ehh, looks like a good operunity to me! Drop it off at my house, give me a few years or more and I may have a car I could never afford otherwise. Back in my autobody days I did alot of heavy hits. This really doesn't look that bad, unless these have a fiberglass/CF frame. If it has a steel frame, pull it out, replace

I agree 100%! You have to drive them to wreck them so at least it was getting driven!

Looks like typical VW engineering! Instead of making a light flash like normal people, they leave the light on all the time and "hide" it to turn it on and off! If you have worked on modern VW's you will get the joke here....

Deuce and a half! I dont know if this exactly a "commercial vehicle" but its huge and as much as I try I cant justify one. I tried convincing the wife one would make a great replacement for our old dodge diesel, but after she saw the size she just wasn't buying it! Ill take one with larger then stock tires and short

Did the camera man zoom in all the way so we couldnt tell how ugly it is? I dont get it.

I like your idea much much better!

I think it would be a safe bet that it is a mechanical 12v Cummins. The mechanical diesels seem to take to alternative fuels alot better then the electronic ones. IMO, no one makes a good mechanical v8 diesel. Besides the fact Cummins>any other light duty diesel.

From everything I have read about running on the salt traction is a HUGE issue. From what I understand, most stock performance cars will not hit their top speed on salt.

What a waste of a truck .I bet that teeny tiny 8" rear end would blow up as soon as you went WOT. I know plenty of guys that have blown toyota rear ends to smithereens with the 22r! Then again, for as gaudy as this truck is I wouldn't be surprised if that blower wasn't anything more then a empty shell.

32 fords. Guys have been building these cars since they were new 79 years ago. Every year they go up in value and seem to be more and more desirable. The deuce will always be ins style!

When you dont have any readers you have to pay your salary somehow...
