I will second that. A good driver can get alot out of a good set of all seasons on bad roads. You just have to be smart about. Where I live we get snow 3-4 times a year. When it comes its pretty nasty but I just cant justify a second set of tires for 3-4 times a year. Adjust braking distance, use momentum and throttle

Ahh. I was thinking maybe a law had been passed with that same wording. In CA that wouldn't have surprised me at all, lol. In my state we have no emissions or safety inspections. I prefer it that was, as it lets ME decide what safe for me to drive not some guy that takes a limo everywhere and couldn't tell the

Yup. Rain, drop speed to 60mph no matter how bad or good the conditions. Fog, 55mph and whatever you do dont turn your headlights on. Snow? Holy crap hang on! If it gets really bad just STOP in the middle of the freeway!

Is that really a law or just a conclusion you have came too?

My wife and I have this argument once a week. She doesnt think she needs to watch the road. She will drive down the freeway at 75mph, while looking at me when she talks to me. Looks at me for 5 seconds, 1/2 second glance at the road and the back looking at me again. Scares me to death.

Ive been the guy on the side of the road fixing cars more then once. I ALWAYS move over. It really makes me mad when other people dont.

I think more of them need to be yellow to stand out and look like crap. I had a metro years ago that had a BRIGHT yellow spare. Not the tire, the wheel. I got a flat once, and got it fixed as quick as possible. It looked horrible!

Yup. And they are awesome. I have no desire to import anything.

Rotarys can be powerful... I dont know if any of the rotards would call them reliable. The guys I know that went to LS motors, went to LS motors because they were tired of fixing their rotarys. I dont understand your "some dude in his backyard" comment. Have you ever had a rotary apart? They are NOT complicated.

As a guy that has first hand rotary and first hand ls swapped RX7 experience... The LS is the only way to go. One friend of mine just ripped off a 10.6 with a essentially stock 6.0 that has a home grown 70mm turbo kit on it. Another swapped a true LS1/T56 into his RX after blowing up his 2nd or 3rd rotary and loves

Why do you hate the LS engines? There is a reason people stuff them in EVERYTHING...

"DRIVE FREE OR DIE"- unless it offends someone, then they have no right to their freedoms. Hypocrites!

OMG lets all vote for Obama now because his wife was part of a NASCAR race!!! Does whoever does their PR really think people are that stupid?

I dont think that will ever happen. It would stop alot of the impulse buying if people cant take the car off the lot and home the same day.

That is just NASTY!

These cars actually pull pretty decent money even when in bad shape. Ive seen non-runners sell for 2k. Last fall I parted out a r/t motor and sold almost a grand in parts and still have the entire shortblock.

I was disappointed to see the auto too, but it is easily fixable :)

I was very torn between a few cars I found, but this is the one that gets my vote. MAY have watched 2 lane blacktop a couple days ago though... lol

At first I thought that price was WAY to high. But after reading the add it seems to have good paint, has a new T belt, and seems to have been well taken care off. For 4 grand I think its a decent deal.

Interesting. WTH would cause that line to come off? Its going to a carb so I cant imagine the FP is very high...
