What was the problem with the traditional mechanical steering that we needed an all electric version. What are the advantages to an all electric system for the driver (I'm sure the manufacturer likes it because they can charge more for it). The only practical application I see is if they are conducting real world

Haters gonna hate.

Did you buy anything/get any work done/eat anything from the merchants while you were there?

It looks sorta sinister but entirely inviting.

Another problem I have with this is that it is one of the easiest things to loose in a crash. I've knocked rear view mirrors off in a crash before and for that button to be connected to something that you can lose is an even worse design flaw.

Sounds like Jalopnik writers are pretty grumpy when they get hangovers.

My 2004 CTS-V was awful. Which, as a statement naturally elicits a "duh" when ever I say it. However when you see so many CTS' on the road and you and standing next to a very unassuming looking car you get surprised at how unmanageable it is in snow.

BRAAAAP!

You had me at wing vents.

-two live axles
-only comes in manual
-OMG, LOOK HOW BROWN IT IS!!!!

My favorite Porsche ever since the first time I watched Weird Science!!!!

This might be the only acceptable use of YOLO I've ever read. Good luck getting your new 2.

I assume your declaration of most comfortable for the caprice is from the front seat?

The Department of Natural Resources has some great toys.

Windshield washer lights especially if they're skulls.

Poor guy must have never spent any time at a Motocross track as a kid. The smell of premix and race gas is heavenly!

Can we get an honorable mention for Dazed and Confused? The way the cars are enveloped into the movie and the plot are fantastic! At the moon tower they are sitting in truck beds and leaning on cars at the party, there's drag races almost throughout the movie, trash talk about cars, cars borrowed from kids older

They definitely have 4wd trucks in these races. They're called Pro 4 trucks and they race against the Pro 2 trucks but are limited by the rules to have less power to make up for the gains in traction. IIRC of course.

When in doubt throttle out..... Except this time.

I would really like to know what happened to wing vents. What was so wrong with being able to get a little fresh air when it was raining. Is it a security concern? A cost thing? I remember these being on a lot of older vehicles like my 84' Toyota truck.
