No details were given about the content of the patch, though it’s likely there will be tweaks to make the aging game run better on modern systems, which was the core focus of this week’s Diablo II update.

That’s how it was when I last played with maybe one or two tower defense games. If you want to play something else you’re going to need to find players outside of the server browser. I was hoping to play some Legendary Gladiators or Ice/Island/Jungle Troll Tribes, but my hopes were dashed.

I don’t really care one way or another if she’s showing her boobs. That having been said, good on her for having the courage to change her strategy. I’m sure she’s going to get a lot of hate from the fans who were watching for her boobs. The next few months of streaming are probably going to be difficult for her, and

I’d recommend playing Nox. It’s probably the best “Diablo 2 clone” ever released (although it was released before D2, so not exactly a clone.) It has three distinct stories which change depending on your class, and the gameplay holds up really well. If you’re in the mood for more D2 then this is the way to go.

Good on them. Considering that they’re still selling the game both in their digital store and on physical shelves, they should be updating their product to work on modern systems.

That would make sense. IIRC, Peter Parker looks up to Tony Stark both as a hero and a scientist. It wouldn’t be surprising if he went to Stark for some tech. Then again, Parker is pretty smart as well, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he created it himself or adapted it from existing tech.

That’s a fair point. I think Nintendo would probably roll over on this though. Would Nintendo be willing to engage in a legal battle which it would ultimately lose due to a well established precedent? By going to court they’d be paying a substantial amount of money. Even if they managed to strong-arm the dev into

They might issue a C&D but if the devs have done their research they’ll realize that Nintendo doesn’t have a leg to stand on. US courts have determined several times that emulators are perfectly fine as long as they don’t use the console’s original code, (which is why you need to provide your own BIOS in later

The issue is that there’s no stakes or commitment when it comes to voting in Greenlight. You can upvote anything and everything, and that’s frequently what happens.

I really threw me for a loop because each video starts with a few seconds of legit music, so I went to the next video and played the first couple of seconds, paused, and was like “Maybe I’m misremembering the Slide song.”

Unless you have a monster PC, I dare you to play Ark: Survival Evolved on anything but low settings. I’m talking mid-teens to low twenties on a good day with frequent FPS drops into the single digits.

You might want to consider seeing an idol concert while in Akiba. There are concerts for the various groups on pretty much a daily basis.

That’s a good point. I don’t think there’s much overlap between people playing the Kim Kardashian game and core gamers. Besides, bullshit games like these have been being made for decades - see Barbie games since at least the early 90s.

That’s pretty great. Other reddit communities frequently have giveaways - I’ve given several Humble Bundle BTA-tiers away, but I’ve never seen something of this scale.

Of course, their prime was 10+ years ago. All of their releases over the past 6 years have been massive letdowns or flat-out shit, and their recent title was just a remaster of the first Fable. Their era ended as soon as people got their hands on Fable 3, and they’ve been clinging to life ever since.

Lately I’ve had a certain nostalgia for their shittiness.

Now playing

Peanut Butter Gamer did a video as well, just in case you wanted some more gameplay:

But that would mean that they have zero skill retention. I mean, if they do a Mega Man play through they should have at least some understanding of game mechanics when they inevitably do a play through of Shovel Knight or another Mega Man game, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Torrent is definitely the way to go when distributing something like this. If it were me, I’d also put the source in the torrent. They can prevent me from making it, but what’s to stop someone else from continuing my work?

I’m conflicted. On the one hand, I really like the Super FamiCom’s button color scheme. On the other, I totally love the American SNES’ purple colors.
