This is slightly reminiscent of Sakurai crying about people posting videos of Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Youtube.

Thanks for the link. Whenever I talk to people who really enunciate I end up wondering if I’m an idiot for occasionally not pronouncing my T’s with the tip of my tongue, as it is normally done.

It looks like their machines are mostly anime based (scroll to the bottom.) As to whether or not pachinko players would like a video game themed machine, probably. I mean, take a look at pinball machines in the US. People love themed boards, but it’s not enough to have a cool theme, it has to be a good board as well.

Off topic: is it just me or are the combat animations really stiff?

It’s pretty convenient. You can play off an official game disk, so the piracy moral debate goes right out the window and it allows you to play at higher resolutions, so the games don’t look like pure garbage on HDTVs. It’s a marked improvement over playing on a PS1/2 (maybe 3, idk, I’ve never tried.)

original Ghost sounds the way it does because of Bungie’s direction

how can you advertise something you are criticizing?

Look at the JRPG savant over here.

I’ve picked up two rhythm games since Rock Band 2: Audio Surf 2 and Taiko Drum Master (yes, the PS2 game.) I’ve had literally no desire to pick up any of my old Rock Band peripherals. The few years of Guitar Hero fever was fun, but I think I’m done with it.

That’s because they aren’t actually storm troopers. They’re Chewbacca and Luke; Jedi mind tricks make you see things.

It’s interesting that airships have remained relevant in to present day fiction, the difference being that they’re now featured in fantasy rather than sci-fi.

She’s had a few hits over the years. She also hasn’t changed, like at all, since Hard Candy. Plus, she has been more in the public eye over the past few years as an LGBT advocate. I think many people from ages 15 to 50 would be able to identify her.

Going for the mad clicks, yo. You’ll never believe how many hits this article is gonna get.

Is Mike on vacation or something? This is the second weekend without him in a row, right?

It’s not going to win any GOTY awards, especially not on PC.

It doesn’t seem that strange or overly patronizing to me. I mean, in the US secretaries are hired all the time for their sizable “characteristics.” At least these “cheerleaders’” jobs are transparent. They’re eye candy and they know that’s why they were hired.

And yet he spoke candidly, which is what a ton of gamers ask for.

Sure, it’s not how Souls is meant to be played, but beating a boss in real time with 1) input lag 2) hundreds if not thousands of people inputting conflicting commands is impossible. The fact that they were able to get to the boss at all is pretty much a miracle.

Then what the was the point of pre-ordering? I’ve had a big Phantom Pain banner on my Steam’s homepage for like a month telling me to pre-order. You get a copy of Ground Zeroes, which is nice, I guess, but if you’re pre-ordering Phantom Pain then chances are that you already have/have played Ground Zeroes.
