I've been saying for a while that major tournaments or leagues should have sportsmanship rules. Behavior like this is pretty ridiculous, and in my opinion, unacceptable. We're one step away from a hockey fight here. Going beyond sportsmanship, people like this make it unpleasant both to play and watch.
