Sigh.
Sigh.

The solution here is clear.
I’m with you. The frustration I have with “Gotham” is the same frustration I have with the Prequels: it’s not that they’re horrible, it’s just that they could be awesome with some tweaks. That being said, they are all entertaining and better than most of the dreck out there.
So... What DOES happen? Thanks to this article I now know that it kills you. That isn't really news. I was hoping for a little more.
I am an unabashed Star Wars tech apologist, I can defend almost everything, but WTF did they split the turbine down the middle?!?? I can see turbine blades here, are they now stationary? Did they ever rotate on the old models? Come on JJ (edited: McQuarrie), give me something I can defend !
I’ve been waiting for the nostalgic return of PS one and N64 style graphics. I feel like there’s genuinely something neat that can by done in these styles.
I like TB, but there are some aspects I don’t like about him as well. His focus on “objectivity” is noble and is definitely useful when it comes to things like PC optimization/graphical options, but I’ve come to view that creed as more limiting than anything. I find that aggregating a complete view on a game actually…

Eh, Ellen Page had a better argument.
I don't know why so many games shake the screen when action happens. I watched the video and it looks great, but whenever the character hits an enemy everything shakes. It's hard (for me) to keep up with, and I feel like it doesn't contribute anything IMHO. I don't know, maybe I'm just old and fragile.
I swear you'd think that some of these indie games are made by the same devs.
There’s such a thing as situational depression, though. In other words, you can be free of any definitive mental illness entirely but being harassed or hurt on a daily basis can induce suicidal feelings. And it doesn’t take long. Weeks, months. A person can go from never having a suicidal thought in their lives to…

Excited for this one, Richard. It was your article naming S;G as one of the best anime ever that got me to finally cave and watch an anime series for the first time. I didn’t trust anime to tell a coherent, complex story, and this blew away my (admittedly low) expectations.
It's brown, prossibly with a blue filter attached to the camera/lens.
Errr near perfect? I felt like I was stuck in a very small playground with nothing to play with. Plus, those boss battles ugh.
I think glitches to the extent of wall jumping, etc. make for interesting speedruns. Stuff like item duping and other pre-setup stuff always strikes me as uninteresting/boring/outside of the spirit of many speedruns.
