So who has the best plates?
So who has the best plates?
We here, in the colonies, are so jealous of your clean, white number plates. All of these plates listed here are, I believe, the standard state plates but a LOT of people pay extra for specialized plates (like National Park donator, or Historical Society, etc.). At least most of those aren't hideous colorful…
Interesting idea, but like most things in hollywood (and concept cars), we are most likely going to end up disappointed with what we get. I agree with Patrick... if the movie focuses on the crucible of motorsport, then it could be great, but if it gets too character centric and revolves around some dumb 'race or die'…
I feel like $kay should have written this article...
I've seen one or two driving around Atlanta but see so many more Teslas, I think I have to agree with the majority, in this case. Despite the lack of a fast charging station in the city, the Tesla model S seems to be much more reliable than the Fiskers, which if I recall correctly, have a tendency to Ferrari Flambe…
I'm right there with you. I won't ever own a McLaren or Ferrari but a BAC Mono... maybe in a few years. And yes, I will rag the HELL out of it.
I fucking love that LFA display. There's no way to sit there without feeling like you're from the future.
0 to 60 in 1.72 seconds. Let me just be the first to say HO LEE FUK.
You wouldn't very comfortably. I am 6'1", as well, and have driven my sister's S2000 several times. The car is a blast to drive, but I just can't do it for more than a few minutes before the cramped feeling drives me nuts.
A sand storm over the ocean? What the hell?
I think this would work better and faster than any other plan that will ever be submitted. Clearly, it's what Detroit wants.
Good for Andretti. If I had any means, I'd be investing in this series too. If these races live up to even half of I'm hoping for, this could take the place of F1 [in my mind, that is] and go so far beyond.
KABOOM! That thing had NO traction at all before slamming into the wall.
It looks like someone overused the 'pinch' feature in Photoshop.
Man, I FUCKING LOVE this movie. It totally embodies everything about the 80's worth being embodied.
Speaking of... does anyone know of a site where I can see how different rims look on different cars? I know it exists, but can't seem to find it.
Good Lord, those wheels are giving me a crisis. The amount of sexy contained in that 6061 alloy is remarkable. I want to buy my next car, specifically to fit these wheels on it.
Honestly, I hate to say it, but this Peugeot doesn't do it for me. The body needs some bold lines in a bad way... right now, it just seems like an amorphous blob of supercar. Granted, I *DO* love how crazy it is and the fact that it looks like a concept car that would normally have a snowball's chance in hell of…

Yep, I've played around the BAC site [read: lusted after] and noticed this too. If they'd add more customization options, I'd probably never leave them alone.
