Aye that's true. My Nexus 4 has been been without the protector it came with for a few months now. Hopefully it stays pristine until I can find a shop or something that does the screen protector thing perfectly.

Eh, I kept it on because I was 1) too lazy to buy a real protector and put it on properly (without the air bubbles and all), and 2) I didn't want to spend money on something I didn't need, especially when it worked just fine even with the protector on it.

I'm not American, and my own country has one of the lowest crime rates in the world along with a strict no gun law, but having stayed in the States for the better part of two years, I'm not so sure outlawing guns is a good thing at all.
