this cant stand. He should be fired at the very least. He is also 100% responsible for any and all of their injuries, stress, and a lot more. This is just purely unacceptable

Thats AWESOME!
the fair market value on all of those positions is different, as is actual compensation. Chefs don't make $2 an hour like servers do. They get compensated on a completely different scale.
But by definition inherent randomness would eventually happen to every one of the servers and then be equal and fair in the end. The only thing pooling does is disrupt the inherent randomness, and also performance based compensation, and service on average falls, and the people who work harder get less, and the people…
Someone in another article called the moving your hand or s-pen over the device a gimmick, but they called this genius... and the koolaid gets consumed once again.
Had one on my 2005 lenovo on the ThinkPad my college gave me as a freshman... it was pretty worthless and if your hands are dry, or cracked, dirty, if you have a cut... all of these things make it worthless.
hahahahaha
The finger print scanner is cool, it will be just like my lenovo laptop from 2005!
You think the fingerprint scanner isnt a gimmick. Would you drink their Koolaid even if they told you it was poisoned?

So basically our difference in opinion is that, you think the runner should be restricted, and I think that the catcher should be restricted.
Being that the runner must stay on the baseline, I would say its the catcher who effectively initiates the collision, he can stand where ever he wants on the field, the runner has no such option, he has two very small spots where he is allowed to stand without negative affect on the games outcome
Do you really think most people at home noticed the mistake instantly if the head coaches didnt notice... none of the refs... none of the people in the booth... People got caught up in the fighting and lost their sensibilities, im guessing most people at home did too.
so thats the problem, its not 15-20 ft, often its simultaneous. Also, you are now asking a runner to determine the speed of a throw often coming from behind them... You are making it a lot more cut and dry than it actually is. It would be much safer AND more enforceable to just not allow the catcher to stand in the…
Ok so outlaw outs at homeplate after the runner is past 2/3s of the way there. done fixed it
The catcher could just reposition himself to a safer position
I live in Boston, and even without the delayed lights people run reds. I know a few spots where it is not uncommon to see 2-3 cars run the red EVERY time it turns red. The fact that boston doesnt have redlight cams is criminal.
But the person who uploaded it and said it was theirs does not mean anything. if he just says it was some guy on the street that gave him a flash card with the video on it and he uploaded it claiming it was he who committed it... then you need to go on evidence... of which there isnt really much else. Unless they find…
