Someone should sue eBay on behalf of all the sellers who have been brazenly defrauded by fraudulent buyers and then completely ignored by the eBay/PayPal axis of evil. The number of experienced sellers that will no longer do business with eBay is astounding. There is simply no protection for the seller.

@moe52: Dangerous for the phone. And your wallet.

On another note, in honor of the breakable glass back of the new iphone design, I propose we call carrying the iphone 4 without a case "barebacking" to reflect how dangerous this practice is.

Seems like the best test yet. Still, the article should take pains to make the point that this is only an issue for those who plan on not using a case for the phone.

That might all he needs.

@Wozamil: I don't remember what they went on and on about with the 3G.

@Wozamil: My theory is that this isn't about page views at all. Instead Giz wants to do damage to the Apple brand to show Apple how important it is. Giz needs to do this because if they are banned for life from Apple events, they are always going to be second tier gadget website. This looks like a fight for

@WaffleTeamStrike! v26.00: Also the iphone 4 has not been a failure, they sold millions of those things. Don't be biased.

@WaffleTeamStrike! v26.00: Nice try on the attempted troll but I'm a motorola fan. I want it to stop so they write stories about other things instead, like Android. I think you'd agree.

@Wozamil: Interesting opinion. I'd like to hear your reasoning.

So into our 4th consecutive week of daily posts about the iphone shortcomings? Please let's give it a rest? Please?

It will be interesting to see what happens once the brick and mortar stores are all gone and Netflix is in a position of power. Oftentimes monopolies do not bode well for the consumer.

@Gazoogleheimer: I came here to say the same thing: fewer not less. +1

"We're not trying to be vicious for the sake of it"

@blehbleh13: That's top of the line, normal one is like $300. Perfectly reasonable ones can be found on eBay for cheap. Da Budda is pretty great.

@PoG: Haha, heart click for honesty.

@telepheedian: I agree, it is pretty hard to pin down "who thought of it first" and kind of pointless. Sounds to me like guys arguing over who should be first author on a paper.

@PoG: This is an amazingly thorough job of ripping Cleaveland a new one. I'm impressed. One question, did you come up with all that off the top of your head?
