Metal Gear is the kinda story where, when you’re playing it you follow what’s going on, everything seems tense, and except for humorous moments overall it feels like a serious work.
Then you try to explain or summarize the narrative and it becomes clear this is the most bat-shit story happening.
Pretty sure every metal gear game has had technology way ahead of it’s time. It’s a recurring theme that the military always has better tech than what’s available to the public, or even publicly known.
