Clinton’s denying it because she’s “clinched” including superdelegates, and she’ll probably clinch with regular pledged delegates tomorrow. So it makes more sense to just wait until then to declare victory.

You are entirely wrong. Courts, including SCOTUS, have consistently found that students have fewer and lesser rights in school.
My argument would be that it’s pretty impossible to believe it was a play on the ball unless he truly is just that terrible, and an intentional foul that happens to hit a guy in the junk should be treated as intentionally hitting a guy in the junk.
The “play on the ball” argument is BS for the reasons you mention here. There was no way he thought he had a shot at the ball. So it was clearly an intentional foul, and if your intentional foul happens to be hitting a guy in the junk, it should be treated as intentionally hitting the guy in the junk.
I feel like the people who are knocking Knocked Up might have a different opinion on it if they watched it again. It is very pointed about the fact that the women are only “shrews” because they’re being compared to the guys who are not responsible or considerate at all.
1) That was not how the conversation started.
I will give the very short explanation that most of Sanders’ criticisms are DNC specific or about the amount of influence money has in politics (which is very easy to flip against Trump).
Again, you’re holding the false belief that Sanders can’t actively be running and functioning as a Clinton surrogate at the same time. You’re wrong.
You did give me an exact example. I could explain to you why it is wrong. Or, knowing that Sanders is a far better debater than Trump (which you surely do), you could consider the possibility that things would not be as easy for Trump as you are suggesting.
I took the TMZ comment as being a reference to the fact that he was not geographically close to her at all.
If you think there is any way a Trump/Sanders debate could be a net positive for Trump, then I have to assume you have not watched a single debate for either party.
He actually can be with Clinton and against her. It’s fairly obvious he knows he can’t win now- and it’s reflected in a number of his campaign’s actions and things he’s said- but he has to superficially seem like he’s trying to win to stay in the race and influence the platform (which was his initial goal when he…
Why is it odd that Bernie would want to debate Trump? It’s a platform for his ideas where he gets to attack Trump as a Hillary surrogate.
In regards to the, “you’ll be conservative when you’re older,” line of thought: conservative SCOTUS justices tend to become significantly more liberal over time.
The problem with this angle for Trump is there’s no way he understands anything related to the technology involved and will say things that instantly undermine whatever default credibility he would have on the issue.
It is unfortunately quite possible that they could do a near perfect job and he could still walk. While it is obvious to many (if not most) people that Cosby is a serial rapist, that doesn’t mean they’ll be able to present a case that a jury (that will probably end up being favorable to Cosby) will find goes beyond a…
Pretty sure she means The Guardian.
It’s outdated? Well I’m sure they’ve completely overhauled all of their processes and entire culture in less than two years.
The Zorn trailer is actually good and based off of Lord and Miller’s track record it will probably be good.
I don’t agree with some of Obama’s decisions on this issue, but comparing a few hundred to 11 million is a huge false equivalency.
