“Had a slightly more liberal voting record nine years ago,” does not equal, “more liberal.”
Obama is more moderate than Clinton? The guy who campaigned on and enacted the kind of moonshot legislation she doesn’t support and is faaaaaar left of her on foreign policy?
He’s not raising money for these lower races because he can’t afford to do so. He could if he had Super PACs, but then he wouldn’t be competitive at all. Not sure what you want him to do.
“This is a war.” Oh really, with what nation?
I guess it depends on how you define horrible, but I believe Geragos is considered to be one of the best attorneys in the nation.
The idea that QBs benefit from sitting is unfounded and kind of absurd for two reasons:
What percentage of American households even have 4K TVs? Seems like it would be foolish not to just wait longer and make this the PS5.
Sanders said exactly the right thing, and Clinton needs to do the same. The GOP needs to be confronted with the possibility that they’ll have to deal with a more liberal nominee if they don’t confirm Garland. This incentivizes them to confirm Garland.

I’mma guess this is partly due to the success of Deadpool. So many kids at that movie.
I get the feeling you did not read the piece.
Speaking of letting people do their jobs, it’s not his job to decide whether or not a rape occurred.
FWIW, data analysis has shown that justices get more liberal with age/experience. So if he’s a moderate liberal now there’s not much to be worried about longterm.
It’s my understanding that it’s actually unclear if he’s a moderate. He made a number of very conservative arguments in favor of businesses as an attorney, but it’s unknown if he actually agrees with those arguments.
Complicating matters further is that the Browns have the second overall pick so they have pretty good leverage with any of the FA QBs.
