I actually think this is one of the PA’s weaker arguments. The idea is that Brady either cheated or engaged in a conspiracy to cheat. He shouldn’t have to know the exact calculus behind a punishment to be punished.

On one hand, I can’t fault Mitch too much for this. Coal really is a huge part of Kentucky’s economy, so this isn’t just typical crazy conservatism.

I’m not trying to be condescending, but I legitimately am unsure of what you’re trying to say. By bringing “legally sane/insane” into it you’re bringing up an entirely different dichotomy.

This is my point though, you may be confusing occurrences in the population with sample frequency. What percentage of the population does that report view as having mental health problems? If it’s less than 4, then that does show it to be a factor. If it’s significantly more than 4 (which it should be) then that

While that’s true, I believe it is also the case that a mentally ill person is more likely to commit a shooting than a non-mentally ill person (though hindsight bias might play a factor there).

Well the counter to that is DeSean started a narrative and other players with sour grapes bought in or extended it.

Trump is leading the field, but that doesn’t mean anything. Approximately 50 percent of Republicans disapprove of him. It’s a minority pushing him to the front that won’t grow as the field thins.

Here’s the thing though: Does it matter if they’re different from the average? Because there are cis women with that exact physique, and nobody would argue they should be disallowed from competition.

That’s a compelling point, but it’s important to keep sample sizes in mind. While dominant athletes aren’t rare per se, they make up a very small portion of the athlete population. If the number of trans competitors grew then we might start to see disproportionate results.

Umm... I can think of one scandal that I’m pretty sure Hillary did not mastermind.

They cut him last year for the rookie Cairo Santos.

Thank you for your response. I would like to make two points.

Could you please explain it to me then? I’m not trying to be sarcastic or snarky, I just really don’t see any other way to interpret that.

I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE POINT BUT: Rob Bironas was not the kicker last year. To my knowledge, Ryan Succop is still alive.

I understand that this is meant to be about your friendship with Craggs, and Craggs as a person, and not the issues with the Geithner post... so why include this editorializing line?:

It would probably be more accurate to say it doesn’t matter for Ohio State, but it matters greatly for the NFL prospects of the QBs involved.

I read earlier that last night’s game was the most watched US soccer game in history, so people can knock it off with the revenue talk.

Whenever women give this kind of advice (I say women because men should never give this kind of advice, imo (I am a man)) there’s a fine line between instructing women how to circumvent the misogyny and just buying into the misogyny yourself. If a woman doesn’t explicitly outline that they’re doing the former I tend

I love that the minority, featuring Thomas who is considered to be one of the most political justices of all times, is accusing the majority of straight-up ruling in line with their politics when the conservative Chief Justice is the one who wrote the opinion.

He’s the one equating maleness with being a rapist and she’s the one who is anti-male? Ok, sure.
