Well, Microsoft have only announced that they have "Sold Through" 3 million consoles or so, they haven't officially announced hitting 4 million consoles which makes me doubt that they have.

Pre-loading is awesomesauce to be honest. Not just because it's great to be able to play a game right away, it also greatly reduces server strain since the bandwidth required is spread out over more days. All in all it helps to reduce the effect of online game troubles in the first few days of release.

It's more likely to come with the PS4 version I would imagine, since we have that or will have that with War Thunder and I think some of the F2P games on PS4 are Cross-Platform too!

It's never going to happen, there is NO Xbox without Kinect in this generation.
