Meh, I'm very happy with my Asus EEE netbook that I purchased for $300 a few months ago (I'm typing this comment on it right now! :) ) and I have absolutely no use for an ultraportable MacBook Air, even if it is a good deal faster than my netbook. If I'm going to spend $999 on a laptop, I would not be buying a MacBook…

@Norbs: The whole Not: Apple tag is a novel idea but...it doesn't work quite as well as I would've hoped, as demonstrated by the picture above. I activated it and the FIRST story on the page was about an iPhone app.
