I've never seen that option. When purchasing new iPhones upon release, they tell you it has to be signed for.

I believe Apple requires all packages for their devices to be signed for in person and will not allow it to be left, even at a neighbor's house. This has been my experience with every Apple product I've purchased. Still, the UPS guy is a dumbass...
