I don’t think I’ll make it that far in mine... Passat GT. Which means the VR6 might have something to do with that in combination with my heavy right foot. I suppose on the highway it might happen! LOL

Fords are pretty generious. I have run all my cars (‘12 Focus, ‘05 Mustang and my previous ‘07 Grand Marquis) on fumes and always had more than a gallon of gas left. Read more

I have never been able to have a go in a Chevy SS, but recently I did drive a R32, and that was AWESOME! I also officially don’t object to a car with the wheel on the other side anymore. That was a big eye opener.

Just another reason to add to the list of reasons why I will never find myself living in California.

100% the old one. Especially from the front. They lost their minds with that idiotic front end. The big problem is someone had to sign off on that. Probably a whole lot of someones... And it still got the signatures needed to head for actual production. What in the ever loving hell is going on over there?!

Loved the one I drove... You practically forget you are in a front wheel drive car. So capable!

I always had a strange facination (and lack of ability and funds) to take a vanilla 505 sedan a stuff an LS under the hood. Man people would get pissed when they get dusted by an old Peugeot...

Last time I saw a 505 was probably 10 years ago. I was riding passenger in a Porsche of all things and flipped out. The 505 Read more

Not going to lie... A manual W8 sedan is firmly on the wish list to review one day. The hottest “big” engined Passat in 2020 is now is a 2.0T. They dropped the VR6 in 2018 which sounds good as well (Own a Passat GT here), just never as good as the W8. And you can only get it in a DSG unfortunately...

Editing to be honest is my least exiting thing to do. Even more so when I have to pull out all the stops due to equipment not filming everything or having to get into the audio to get rid of brake squeal and stuff like that. If it goes smooth I got no problem. But at the end of each review I instantly know if I am Read more

That was indeed the owner in the passenger seat. I never drive cars without the owner present unless it is my personal car. Read more

It was a boat load of fun, even if I botched shifts because I forgot the pattern... Obligatory self promotion:

Absolutely your regular drivers license on the Deuce, I reviewed one for my YouTube channel and did some research to make sure it was legal for me to drive it on the streets, to date the heaviest vehicle I have ever driven. The 5 ton? Depends on your state, but the GWVR is well past the 26,001# so you likely do need Read more

Free? “Dutch Heritage Intensifies”

It came with the purchase of a new 911 I reckon? LOL! They have supercar track days around my neck of the woods from time to time. But there just is something, other than the money, holding me back from doing that. It’s like renting a car on Turo and doing a review on it. I want the Read more

That is awesome! I’ve always wanted a go on a track. But track days are so insanely expensive (and not to mention a fair drive) that I’ll likely not find myself on a true racetrack anytime soon.

That was my first venture above 500hp. 556 crank in the form of a CTS-V. Great fun! To think all those years later I would drive something with 1000 wheel? Beyond expectation really. I feel very fortunate I could crack that number with the help of the best community in the world!

Yeah, there was a month or so when everything was dried up, but then it started coming back. I just need my Cars and Cantina fix... That show is one of my favorites in part because it is just a 10 minute drive. Not that I mind the drive to southlake. I take the tollway most of the time and there are plenty of Read more

Yup, which I believe is crazy. Because Europe is all about the manual transmission. At least, it still was when the E60 came out.

That’s rare! And I can see why he misses it. It’s such an awesome piece of machinery you could use every day if you wanted to.
