You guys and your hyperbole... just pick a phone, they’re both practically the same and we pretend one is great and the other is shit.

For me, it’ll always be this OP’d sumbitch.

Totally agree with you there. Have a friend that makes a ton of money as a senior programmer for a huge company with nothing more than a GED.

Destiny, a video game in which you travel space saying “holy shit House of Wolves is amazing!”

Insert the “People are still playing Destiny?” comments.

see bioware, this is what a proportionally sized sword looks like. one thing that drove me nuts about da:i is that for humans and elves all the weapons look cartoonishly large, even one handed swords. proportional looks good, as we see here.

on the one hand, this makes a lot of sense. On the other hand it’s horrifyingly expensive if you don’t have local babysitting help from grandparents so some caution is really in order before you just sign up for this 100%

the difference between mario kart 8 and league of legends is that league sucks and the other one is fun and awsome ^_^

I always found it sad that Kintaro was pushed out of the picture (mostly) after MKII. Not only was he probably the hardest boss in the series, he was way cooler than Goro because he was also a tiger.

Kind of thrown off by the title. Was anyone actually saying that animation was not art? Fairly certain that animation has always been art, regardless of if it’s a 2D cartoon or a 3D animation within a movie or video game. Seems like the title is trying to combat a mindset that I’ve literally never seen expressed, let

Nailed it.

I don’t know, man. I see where you’re going with this, but the “work” of having kids isn’t the crying, or the diapers, or the sheer infinity of crumbs (I could feed several families for years with the crumbs my kids produce). Games don’t/can’t get it right because the real joy/strain of parenting is emotional.

The lead up to the ball announcement is what I’m talking about: “this new patch will finally implement the one big change that players have been requesting for months now”

Artworks are mean. Every time I look at artwork, I feel immensely immersed in a fantasy world in medias res. Then a game is released and I feel immensely immersed in my memories of the artwork, while I’m being railroaded through a nifty interactive visual novel, that looks like a low polygon CG version of the artworks.

But at least you tried it. I think that’s the overall point. They are games that should be at least given a shot and not backed away from because of “I heard it’s hard”…Some people don’t dig it, but others, even me to a certain extent, hated it a first but then all the sudden it clicked and I found myself coming back

You are complaining about a Fire Emblem crossover being bubbly and happy.

Even though Fire Emblem has always been bubbly and happy. Waifu bait and “YAY FRIENDSHIP” is pretty much a staple in the series. The permadeath is only really a gameplay feature in Fire Emblem games as none of the character ever actually cared

QUOTE | "We fundamentally sabotaged what is inherently awesome about Diablo, which is killing a monster and getting the loot." - Diablo III game director Josh Mosqueira, talking about Blizzard's decision to remove the Auction House from the game.

I am so tempted to go back just because of all these stories! Damn you stories for making me reminisce!

I had no problem with Mila, it was Channing Tatum's eyeliner and wolf ears I couldn't take seriously. I just wanted to laugh at him everytime his dumb ass appeared on screen. And I mean duuuuumb ass, by the way. Chaning Tatum is fucking stupid, is what I'm trying to say. He's a total doorknob.
