I wasn’t great, but I wasn’t terrible. I have no doubt that I could have beaten it if I stuck with it and enjoyed it. But I probably died more than I should have. It was the forced repetition via death and soul loss mechanic that I really started to hate, and eventually just realized I was annoyed at all that wasted…

I spent about 6 hours with Dark Souls. Hated it, and never went back. I get why people like it, but I hated playing it the whole time. I had a good friend with much the same opinion as you urging me to try it, so I tried it at his request. He was very sad that I hated it. It was just a big frustrating waste of my time…

Yuck. They all feel really over designed.

Carlos Pacheco's initial run on X-Men was stellar. He's homogenized his style a bit since (or other people have copied him), but he blew it up when he first showed up on the book.
