Dredd was such a fantastic movie. There's a big push to make the planned sequel, I hope it works out. The first movie didn't do nearly as well as it deserved to =(

You are mistaken. The "Minimal Wear" part just refers to the quality of the particular camo. There are other grades, such as factory new and well worn. Just different variatons of the same skin. Skins don't degrade over time.
