Dear Deadspin,

I am fine with the ideas behind this type of course, but the idea that a Mario fan is not a dedicated one unless they can do them is beyond elitist garbage. The POINT of Mario games is that they are easy to learn but difficult to master while not being inclusive to only one of those types of players.

I’m personally hoping that Guillermo del Toro and Hideo Kojima come together and make an independent game studio. One of the projects I would like to see them do is a project based on what Silent Hills were supposed to be. Until that happens, this project looks like it might be a very good alternative.

I don’t mind that kind of realism at all.

Pokemon had a pretty poor story. You pretty much wake up one day and decide to capture lots of Pokemon, along the way you run in to an organization that’s stealing people’s Pokemon. You somehow manage to destroy their entire organization and go on to become the strongest Pokemon trainer in your region. The end.

From what I can tell, Japan’s always LOVED Disney. Hell, Disney cartoons inspired the anime style to begin with!
