Gee, it’s almost like a lot of people in their late 70’s often suffer from a decline in their mental faculties which causes them to sound confused and forgetful and makes them poor candidates for almost any job where mental sharpness is a major factor.

Yeah, I really want to hop in to agree and double stress that Baffan is an amazing runner. Dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic as hell. I imagine this is a really difficult thing to have happen, and I hope he can take some time to get some well earned rest.
