@Ajh: I'm with you, the dev kits should be free. I'd love to tinker with them if I had some free time from iPhone programming (which IS free—aside from the fact that you need to own a mac).

The irony about the first screen is it looks exactly like the video Tim Rogers was saying was terrible game design ... people took to his theory in that post, yet when we slap an FF XIII tag to it it's all of a sudden amazing.

@grantanamo: Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been trying to pitch this to my mobile software publishing company for almost a year now. The only exciting idea in augmented reality is a GPS browser as currently under development by LAYAR. Imo, someone needs to hit this technology up in TCG's.
