That was due to the BBB franchise that handled it. I have several years of BBB experience in different cities around the Dallas area. I’ve seen a swimming pool company charged $600 yr to be a member in one city, and $100 yr only 20 miles away.

Yep....If you are paid “member”, it entitles you to submit “proof” (none required at all...I worked in the pool business and have personal BBB experience) that all customer complaints were resolved.

Wow! I’m happy for you. It could’ve gotten messy and much more expensive. I’m usually very pro-dads, but not if they haven’t been involved.
