Sonney, when I was your age, we'd slam down tanks of 50mpg like it was nothin'. We were trim, fit, and light on our feet. I may have been the lightest drinker, back in they day they called me HF, if you know what I mean, but I could slam down the longest tank-o-gas-o-lean if needed any day. Why, I had a carburetor!

@scsean: The Mini is absolutely nothing to scoff at. Especially the S, or JC versions, very competent cars.

@scsean: As history has proven time and again, it depends on the track. Given the right track, even a low powered Elise can defeat the mighty Veyron around a track.

@Desu-San-Desu: I now end up stomping on the brake the 1st few times, like you would a clutch...

No '59 Buick? You all dissapoint me.

@OMGItsWeasel: Some guys have a dedicated kill switch to save the ignition cylinder some grief. But, if you're going down hill, why use any gas? Now, of course you loose power steering. My CRX isn't equipped with it, but even in PS cars at higher speeds power steering isn't much of an issue once rolling. How ever, not

@OMGItsWeasel: A starter will start everytime as long as it's not abused. EX: Cranked too long, cranked while on, holding on the cranking after the motor has turned over.

Is it coincidence that both judges got married with in a short time span? I think NOT.

I'm pretty sure the most annoying MGB owner are the ones that swear they're reliable.

"But as you also know, Porsche doesn't race for fame, stunts or publicity. We race to challenge ourselves; we race to push sports car technology; we race to translate every win on the track to our cars on the road. If you

@hotmud'n'exhaust: The old EPA numbers were recalculated and adjusted to meet the new standards. While not testing again, it's as good as it gets. But, never the less, the cars were known to return better than before, with my CARB'd CRX averaging 40 mpg while running poorly

@SlowMo: The CST10 gets 7-10mpg, maybe. I do pizza delivery, so you can see how this effects my wallet! Plus gas $$$ saved in the CRX gets put into the CST10's build.
