    @Bayshun: Nor was his publishing rights. He reuploaded the map minus the infringing content within a couple of days. Of course, if you actually read the source you'd know this.

    @wirebrain: There was no ban. There was no punishment. There was notification that their work was taken down with explicit instruction on what needed to be corrected for it to be acceptable. He did so, published it again, and people are enjoying the map yet again.

    @wirebrain: Their EULA says otherwise. Don't expect them to keep a map with something they don't agree with on their servers or to be played through their service.

    @itsavw: The guy's publishing rights were not revoked. He already put the map back up with the changes removing the offensive material.

    @InGraphite: They contacted the map creator via e-mail with the infringement. He corrected it, and it's back up on the host server minus the infringement. No bans were handed out, simply just a "hey, can you fix this? We don't want that here."

    @AgamemnonV2: They didn't ban it, they had it taken down and told the creator what needs to be fixed to be within compliance. The creator did so, and now it's back up minus the formation.

    I see no problem with them doing this; Bashiok is 100% correct about his statement.

    Honestly, all they really need to do for those of us who would want to consider picking it up is give us a RBN or SingStar experience, where we can download all mixes from the series into a single game.     @Ladi: Gotta love how they have to throw in that $100 Wii Fit into that bundle there to have it pass the mark for them. Otherwise, the Wii by itself would be under them both times at $260/$60.
