Ok, I didn’t hate the GB reboot, even enjoyed it for what it was, but I admit I was more excited about the recent announcement for GB3. However, I’m not sure going with kids is quite what I had in mind, either.

I think you’re right. A big part of the problem with the latest installments has to do with expectations, I think. And your expectations at 12 and 45 are way different.
