An episode that stoop out to me was the episode where there were looking for Togepi. Pikachu was calling out for him "Piipipiii!" But the timing and syllable stress was ALMOST like he said Togepi. It was heartwarming, cute, and it blew my mind.

This was the esscense of my childhood. I remember seeing the Sonic 2 art for the 1st time (not having money for any magazines to know ahead of time about the game) and thinking "Sonic has a sidekick? Holy...! Wait, am I seeing things? TWO tails?" one of my many vivid gaming memories.
