Why do so many Western video games look the same?

No. It needs to be ridiculed at every opportunity, give them no rest, don't give them even one inch.

The government should just throw people in jail for it and give companies massive fines if they don't keep it off of their systems. If the movie and music industry get this sort of protection, then so should games. People don't have a right to play Nintendo's stuff on IoS or Android, Nintendo gets to do with their

You're taking it a tad to literal. But the industry does seem to feel an incessant need to use/abuse Nintendo's franchises/ideas for their own gain. In this case, one of the main features of the Ouya console is playing pirated Nintendo games, which is really pathetic imo.

Everybody always rags on Nintendo, but somehow this industry just can't get by without riding on their backs. It's a bit pathetic really.

I know, that got me too. That's might mean it won't get a localisation with how shitty they are. But they hold the rights to Guilty Gear ever since they merged with Sammy who originally published it. Arc has been trying to regain control of the IP but no success sofar.

Looks very Deathnote-like with the way they can see them numbers there. Looks interesting though, doubt an anime game could ever steal MS' thunder, but I'm curious at least.

As far as Eurogamer is concerned, that's not true at all. There's been plenty of times they scored higher than other sites, from Zombi U to Gravity Rush and a great many others.

I wish they would have made an HD Klonoa instead :C

They were the first to use it for 3d gaming and popularized it, but it had been done before technically.

Looking forward to that a lot too. Haven't played it on the consoles, so will pick this up when it launches for Steam.

Going by the original concept art where he was clearly depicted as male in the other 2 versions they drew of him, I'd say male, yeah. Although I did initially think the same thing: "Is it a boy or a girl", especially considering his behaviour, which seems distinctly female (as far as anime tropes go) at quite a few

I'd have to agree. I sometimes almost get a feeling it's slightly patriotic, no offense to any Americans. But you just see American games getting so much more attention than the Japanese games, even if said Japanese games sell better and got higher scores. On the one hand that's understandable since there's more money

There's a flaw in your argument. They didn't add ANY other languages to this release. None. Nada. It was just sitting there due to the absolute incompetence of the European publisher: Zen United. So it's the exact same as the US version, except way, way, way too late. So for region locking this for absolutely no

First pic there looks like Tekkaman Blade more or less.

The entire board needs to step down if you ask me. But this guy going is excellent news, maybe they'll get someone competent in return. Someone that makes sure that their games won't be stuck in development hell for almost a decade. Someone that uses the company's IPs to their full extent and makes sure that these
