You're taking it a tad to literal. But the industry does seem to feel an incessant need to use/abuse Nintendo's franchises/ideas for their own gain. In this case, one of the main features of the Ouya console is playing pirated Nintendo games, which is really pathetic imo.

Everybody always rags on Nintendo, but somehow this industry just can't get by without riding on their backs. It's a bit pathetic really.
