A few hours. I know where to shoot my gun, I just noticed a few shots that I thought were headshots that didn't crit, making me think that that it works on a probability system like if you hit the head you have a 40% chance to crit whereas the chest, it's 20% and the leg it's 5%.

I didn't know that the critical hits were not at least partially based on RNG but the skill STILL sucks even if your a pro and it hits every time. If you're holding 2 guns, it's still the same percent damage increase. And why does it suddenly affect all bullets and not just the last one? Am I missing something here? Looked up, that skill's alright at BEST and only in comparison to the other terrible skills. It's certainly not a "I can't wait to get that skill!" type of skill. It only affects one bullet out of the whole freaking magazine and isn't as effective with guns that have a smaller magazine.
