True. Look at it's direct sequels, probably the most hated Zelda games ever. It's also the first Zelda in a long while with glaring faults that even its fans don't deny.

Everybody knows accepting gay people means kissing men and liking it.
You missed the opportunity to throw away your money, to waste many hours of your life and to be filled with the anger/regret that usually follows such an experience. The important thing you should know about the story is that if this games story has anything to do with the last games story, you shouldn't get it.
I don't know why you're surprised. A prerequisite to even being on twitter is being stupid unless you're on it for something like business.
What game did you even play? None of that is true. Any book that says that is a terrible terrible book.
Beautifully summarized. I would maybe add or further elaborate a point or two but you really summarized why I found this to be one of the weakest Zelda games ever made. I mean, I look back and really, what the hell did I even do? Ganon was simply abducting a girl here and there and didn't really do anything…
Because it's true, Windwaker started the Zelda series decline.
Handful of tiny jokes spread across hours of advertisements and campaigns ignore them like you do games that don't interest you.
It's not the same shtick, that's just what Kotaku's nitpicking something and making a huge ordeal for press. Yes, it could be making fun of the Microsoft t-shirt guy but seriously who the hell will pick up on that? Others will probably see it as a poking fun at how people think indie is cooler now. It can be…
This was aimed at people with sense of humor. Sorry not everything can be aimed at wet blankets like you. Man, this comment system has bred like the worst stick in the mud type of community ever. Even the people at Microsoft are probably laughing at the joke.
It's alright but I hate that the episodes never let you guess whodunit and how. They mysteries also lack depth. Hell, the first episode doesn't even have Sherlock solving the mystery after 90 minutes which is just a huge kick in the viewers balls... It definitely has a lot of room for improvement. Like... A LOT!…
Who's talking about swords...?
It's a crime it's not on these lists. It should make the list even if it was a top 5 list instead of 20.
I'm at the part where Terra flies off as a super saiyan 3 Frieza looking thing. If it still has a whole battle system it didn't even begin to introduce then that's just bad pacing.
After playing Lost Age, I have a hard time playing the original. Even in the first game, Felix was always way cooler than Isaac. The lost age also has like twice as much content and a ton very meaty dungeons.
Windwaker in general has that effect on most Zelda fans. It is a strange phenomenon. I'm especially susceptible when toon link puts on one of his trademark goofy smiles. If I don't look away, my knuckles spontaneously start bleeding and I need to buy another TV.
How much does it cost in pubes?
I got countless recommendations and still I remain grey by default. There is more to it than this I'm sure.
I hated both the art and the story. I probably hated the story more than the art even, and that's saying a lot.
While I'm not even gonna touch best ever (I can give you that it's not the WORST ever, which is reserved for it's terrible terrible sequels on ds), how is it about time? It's not even that old.
