I do this as well. I'm sensitive to the effects of caffeine so I try and drink green tea about 1.5-2 hours before gym time. I could never do coffee, it would make me miserable at the gym.

Combine the 2 libraries and you have the music library I would pay for.

Ah. Lucky you. Here pretty much everything has it.

For me it was this track that sticks in my memory when I hear Tony Hawk Pro Skater

Almost all major brand bread has HFCS in the ingredients. Check yours when you get home.

Its too bad bread has to have carbs in it. Because I freaking love bread and sandwiches. I do get the whole wheat no HFCS bread though.

I need some of this stuff pronto

I think its possible to be desensitized to certain kinds of music. I'm sure someone who listens to deathmetal all day long doesn't get as pumped up to lift weights as someone who doesn't and listens to that type of music.

This is really good advice. Because really, the first step in examining the taste of something is to go with your initial reaction (whether that be taste, texture, or something else) and then go down that 'path' and examine it in more detail.

This time of year I feel like a preacher, but an instant thermometer may be the greatest kitchen gadget ever.

Also, if you are on the fence about whether something is still safe or not, just remember, if you were to get sick, saving those couple servings of turkey doesn't seem nearly that important.

One cannot overstate the importance of a nice instant read thermometer.

I highly encourage people that can cook the turkey on the grill or smoker to do it. I got everything to brine my bird and I'll be throwing it on the smoker for my 2nd turkey-day on Friday. My wife still says its the best thing I've made on the smoker.

Cooking my temp is really the only way one should cook. And I believe Adam is right, that 175 for the dark meat is the 'going' temp for that part of the bird.

Browsing through some of the Google Music catelog, they don't seem to have the greatest prices on some things. Amazon will certainly remain my go-to mp3 store.

This is an important step in the setup process. It has been a while since I had to do this, thank you for posting it.

I prefer just using todotxt.net on my dekstop. No command line fiddling required.

Those tips and others can be found explained a little more at this link:

I wasn't one that was having bad battery life with my 4S. However a lot of the above really take away from your experience. A couple things that I did that significantly extended my already pretty decent battery life.

For most people, if they have set up icloud to back up most of their things during the night, or if you wifi sync with iTunes, it basically is always backed up. But it sure doesn't hurt to do a real backup with iTunes.
