A couple things I learned.

Along with what Alan said, after learning Javascript, you will be able to use that knowledge and apply it to PHP, as they have very similar styles and syntax. So the transition should be easier.
I think it depends on the individual and the activity. For me, some kind of warm up is essential. I perform much worse and have had some very annoying injuries due to not taking the time to warm up and get loose.
One of the many things I love about my vanilla almond milk over dairy milk (aside from no more gut aches or face melting gas) is the awesomely long shelf life. One carton can go several weeks before it's bad. Even casually drinking it, I've never gotten close to that date. Not really sure what happens to it…
Cannot agree more.
Because genius is a relative term, I don't think it loses it's meaning. My friend is a hunting genius, he knows so much about hunting that it blows my mind. However his hunting peers may not view it that way.
I agree with the post. I enjoy games where stealth isn't the only option I have. I thought those Splinter Cell games and many individual missions in any number of games since, where if you are seen you have to start over, are very annoying.
Looking forward to this night school. I was thinking about a replacement for my trusty old wrt54g since an in-law had the wan port on her router die, we are going to give her our old one. It certainly is very tough to look at reviews, because as you said, they are all over the place.
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll keep my eyes opened.
As for a pipe to start out with, I would go corn cob pipe. They are really cheap, so you won't have to invest in much. Tobacco is a little trickier. I recommend against the big bag stuff you see at walgreens or other department stores. Any kind of smoking dedicated store should have some stuff in tin's that you can…
I have whiskey and my pipe(tobacco) in my future this weekend. Any other pipe tobacco smokers out there? Got any favorite pipes or pipe tobacco? Looking for recommendations.
I find it very annoying that it is actually Ctrl on Mac and not Cmd.
Maybe it just depends on the culture of your office. Where I work, CC is used like is stated in the article. You write the email to the person the email is intended, and you CC anybody that needs to know the information being discussed. Also at my job, it is common practice to CC your team lead when emailing clients…
See for me, I've never been in a fight, certainly never thrown a 'fighting' punch. If say at a bar, a drunk dude wants to pick a fight and I can't get out of it, there is a good chance that I would tackle the person and take it to the ground. It could be because I'm a 240lb avid weight lifter, or because I grew up in…
Yes it does appear that way. But to me this is so silly that we have to rely on a feature to not be implemented by a software creator so a new feature in an OS doesn't get used on it? To me this creates a very inconsistent experience to me as a user.
For example, if you have Photoshop or any other heavy application open, I can close the window I was working on and still have the program running. So if I find another image I want to process, I don't have to wait for Photoshop to start back up again.
Vibram fan here. Got mine in March. Unfortunately, I had some tendinitis in my left foot (from normal shoes) that has prevented me from running in the exclusively. They certainly force you to be very self aware of what you are doing and feeling. Take it slow. Your calves are probably going to be pretty sore.
The tablet does have an IR blaster, so it will be able to do basic tv controls with basically any tv without any calibration. I was able to point one at my LG and mute, change channels, etc.
Meh. These have been around for a while. Heck we had one in high school. There were dials on the pneumatic shocks on the back to adjust the tension.
Anybody have a favorite keyboard they would recommend, maybe geared more towards gaming? Keyboard width could be an issue for some of the monster logitech gaming keyboards.
