Big whiskey fan/drinker here (bourbon/rye ftw). I've read mixed reviews about the whiskey stones as well. From what I've gathered, if you want them to lightly chill a drink and not dilute it, then these are great. If you want them to make something cold, they may not quite be what you are looking for.
