I have a Pixel 3a and one of the selling points was the clean Android OS. It’s just so pleasant. It might not sound like a huge deal but I feel like it’s harder to notice faster processing or battery life (unless it’s aggregious) but you see that UI every time you interact with it

Fair point but there is a limit to activities that can be saved at once on a device IIRC. So if this goes on long enough, you might end up losing activities. Not a huge deal if it’s resolved quickly but this whole things sounds like a mess

I am surprised too. Right now my Fenix is charging, Zwift is updating and my Craigslist Tri Bike is sitting on a Kickr Snap. Add in a thirty or so dollar dongle so I can pair my laptop with my speed, cadence and power sensors it is still far less than a Peleton.

A lot of words to say, this is a nice win win situation.  Just buy some Amazon stock and be happy that the environment is being helped out

The newer Garmins allow for a ‘smart’ step goal that automatically adjusts based on step numbers from a previous number of days.  Pretty nifty

It’s a crap shoot.  Ironically enough the best bet was buying until the last time AMD was at 15, Intel went from 35 to 5x and AMD went from 15 to 10
