My coworker used to work for an oil pipe laying company when he was younger where they'd work in remote areas. Anyways he used to eat anything he could hunt and apparently cougar tastes like a cross between pork and chicken.

Seeing how there was a video leaked where North Koreans were surviving on weeds by the road, its probably a safe bet that they eat dogs. Koreans and Chinese in Japan used to eat dogs. Cracking down on them was hard because they always made it a "race" issue.
