Why do trailers these days need to begin with a micro trailer about the trailer?

I guess you have to have a corrupt, genocidal government with heavy American financial investments behind you to get away with that kind of stuff. *cough* Huawei’s Meng Wanzhou *cough*.

I always wondered that if rocket companies doing different things worked together, what would be the result. Like XCor was working on a space plane before they went bankrupt. What if Virgin Galactic had bought them and incorporated some of their tech in their own two stage planes. Might have been interesting.

I wish we could just take all the landfill garbage, encase it is concrete and drop it inside an active volcano and have the lava just take care of everything.

If Taika Waititi wants to capture the “joy and entertainment”of the two “original” Star Wars movies he mentions, then he should do what George Lucas did and rip off French comics. Youtube explanation video here:

“It’s complicated”. Not really. Scientology is a cult and a scam that destroys families and caters to its most famous members. They are also (partly) successful because of those same famous members such as Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Will Smith.

Chief Miles O‘Brien” (Colm Meaney”) was Chief Engineer first on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and then on “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”. He was never on “Star Trek: Voyager”. The engineering duties on the Voyager were mostly handles by Lt. B’Elanna Torres (Roxann Dawson). (Its 3:35 AM where I’m at and I’m bored.)

You’d think that the owners of the non weaponized balloons would claim their balloons, at least in the name of national (or even international) clarity.

I don’t think that North Korea can afford the materials to build a weaponized balloon.

My understanding is that many if the DaVinci’s papers are still missing. I really wonder what they could be about.

So, first China gets caught running “Chinese Police Stations” in other countries and then they deny flying spy balloons over other countries. And they always cry about how “saving face” is so important to China. Well, don’t do stupid shameful things and you can’t be publicly shamed. The only reason China doesn’t want

lol truth!

I don’t know about Canada, but I know in the U.S. publicly traded corporations have to, by law, make decisions that turn a profit for the shareholders. Is the UK Companies Act the same thing? It sounds very similar.

I started reading the article thinking the keyboard was very gimmicky, but starting with the koi animation to the end of the article, ngl, I want one. Not sure how fast I can type on that since I still have to look down at the keys to type.

I can’t believe that in this day and age there are still people left that are stupid enough to be climate change deniers. Also, as you said, the map only shows the ice for an year, not year to year. Year to year there is consistently less ice.

No, I mean the same tech Foveon is using but using CCD instead of CMOS. Kodak filed a patent for such a technology in the late 1970s.

I think they have! lol

I really, REALLY wish someone would make a stacked CCD chip to compete with the (hopefully) eventually upcoming Sigma Foveon one. Leika, Hasselblad?? You there??

Does the advertising model really make more money than the subscription model? It kinda sounds counter intuitive to me. But w/e. “Free” is better than subscription fees. There was another web site that used the advertising model to show mainstream movies and competed with Netflix. I never got around to joining. Maybe

I hate how Lenovo uses the Motorola branding. Yes, Lenovo bought Motorola, but last I checked 90% of Motorola employees had been let go by Lenovo even though Lenovo hinted that they would retain most Motorola employees. And this was a few years back. At this point, they might as well just call the phone what it is, a
