Ha, I haven't tried that championship method. The Aeropress is definitely more versatile. The coffee I make with it tastes more like an Americano than a regular cup of Joe, though. I think that's the main difference.

I do think another factor here is that for the most part (from personal experience), men and women have different definitions of "clean."
