I have cheese sticks in a micro-fridge in the hallway for exactly this purpose.

Keep in mind if this happens to you a LOT...you may have something called Interstitial Cysitis. I have this, and if this is your problem, none of these suggestions will help. The main things that have helped me manage it are pyridium and CBD (it helps me go back to sleep but doesn’t make me so groggy I can’t get up

That’s covert narc; they operate slightly differently. I didn’t know there was this other kind until very recently.

Yeah, it tends to do that without food in your stomach...and it works best if something fatty is involved for it to bind to. And it functions completely differently at higher dosages.

Melatonin can raise blood pressure, for starters. Consumer Labs recommends a *much* lower dose than you see in stores.....5 to 1mg tops.
