I'm sorry but I've read all three linked articles and I can't find where it says the case was filed before 2008. I've found no other mentions of this lawsuit and no mention of a conclusion/settlement.

All of your links point to 2008 as the date of the lawsuit, the extended warranty was created in July 2007. Given that still leaves a full year ofpeople without access to a warranty, microsoft did extend the warranty without any current threats of legal action at the time.
Wrong. Missinformation, The 3 year warranty was solely Microsofts attempt at good faith. They did it without a mandated court order.
The failure rate of 30 percent was limited to the first year of production consoles. There will always be continuous failure rates, I've had 2 ps2's that stopped playing blue back disks altogether and while I've never owned a ps3 My buddy sent his in once couldn't send it in again and had to resort to youtube videos…
Yeah I agree completely, I wouldn't even mind if they scrapped the entire story in Dragon's Dogma, the gameplay and mechanics were on point. All they really need to do is get a decent(better) story, flesh out the quest system a little more, and (imo) tweek the pawn/companion system a bit and it'd be perfect.
I was still hoping that it was a code name for dragons dogma 2...
Eight separate single player games with voice overs for every minor character.
Post-rock will never become popular, simply because there aren't any vocals, now I like Russian Cirlces and 65daysofstatic as much as the next guy but I know its a futile attempt to even try to get them played on a radio station, Doom metal isn't dynamic enough.
Modern Rock has been week for many years though. There is nothing a modern rock fan can agree with, and every fan of a different sub-genre of rock hates the other sub-genre, the more popular a rock artist get the more steam they lose because their fan base abandons them.
I loved most things about it I just got lost on the Max DeCosta character, couldn't really sympathize with him.
There is a way to pull it off, but with both series I think it might be tricky. Ghost in the Shell IMO would be more feasible that Cowboy Bebop. Ghost in the Shell definitely has more solid themes, stories and characters to work with with all of its iterations. Would love to see it pulled off by a competent…
I'm still getting an Xbox One and I agree with you 100%. When I was railing against the DRM policies right after the announcements I got so many people saying the things you mentioned about whining and holding back progress. I quickly realized it was from either people who were xbox fanboys (whining) or people who…
Well Xb1 will have dedicated servers for most if not all games since Microsoft is basically throwing it away for free. So the new xbox will still have superior multiplayer this gen if dedicated servers make a difference.
DAO was better than The Witcher. Sorry bro.
Don't know what these other people use it for, but I have two monitors, one for computer/internet and one for games. If I'm using it for internet the game monitor stays on but when I use the gaming monitor the computer is normally on. Check things during load screens maybe a quick peak at a guide, or streaming…
Flawed comment, didn't read the entire article before posting. Can't counter argue a statement that wasn't read. The statement could be interpreted as "I only read the head line and rushed to the comment section"
New characters!!!!
I feel its more akin to calling all ice cream vanilla.
Jesus, how does he straighten that hair? It's perfect. Skip VG music covers, he should totally be a hair model.
