Neither, haha. It’s a 540i touring with the 4.4L V8. It has the M5 front bumper and M-Parallel wheels from an E38. It’s a bit of a hodgepodge but I love it. Eventually I’ll look into giving it some more power, but for now I’m happy with the roughly 300hp it has.

Manual, nice! Mine was $5000 but it’s an auto. It’s been totally reliable though, especially after I overhauled the cooling system. I bought it with 174k miles last year, and it’s at 192k miles now, I love it to death.

E39 wagon is the answer to every question. Mine was $4200 and I could probably sell it on Bring a Trailer for 9 grand tomorrow (it’s a manual).

lol, ok mister anonymous internet UI expert. It seriously works just fine. Im not saying it’s one of the better interfaces out there, but it’s also better than other I have used. The mapping is good, just pop in a newer dvd, the traffic works great, the screen options are nice, once you get used to the wheel it isn’t…
